Excellent location, room exactly as described. Chromecast very handy and easy to use. Great rooftop bar to have a drink or dinner in. Cool aesthetic throughout. Staff at front desk were very nice.

We loved the hotel’s funky interior, comfy bed, streaming free movies in English, great location & amazing staff who went out of their way to make sure we were fed when we arrived late after our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time to Mama, and we loved our stay. The staff are the highlight; they are so sweet and go above and beyond to make your stay. When we arrived, they gave us free cocktails to enjoy on the rooftop as we rebooked. Then the first night, our air con broke, so they immediately moved us to another room the next day and discounted our first night. It's just great customer service. And again per my last review, the location is amazing, and the rooftop is very cool and convenient to have upstairs.

Amazing location, cool lobby and rooftop bar to hangout in and the staff are very helpful and generally really nice people! The rooms are very basic but if you plan to be out and about + hang out at the rooftop bar then they are comfortable and clean. Will definitely rebook if I come back to Bordeaux.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was well worth splurging for! Although I stayed on a Saturday night I did not hear any noise from visitors to the roof or bar downstairs.
